I finally joined a gym today. I can't remember what my routine used to be when i was military. i have no idea where to start.
I need to strengthen my core and my back. I have a prior back injury. i'm interested in getting a more active job but need to make sure I'm fit first (though my current is real active)

Grab a copy of Starting Strength from Amazon. It's about $10 for the kindle edition. Read it, do it, watch the strength build every workout.
Take it from an older guy with a back injury. You could do a lot worse than this.0 -
