A little nervous

Hello all,

So tomorrow morning, I'll be waking up at 5am for the first time to go to a new gym.... I wouldn't say I'm eager, so I'd love to hear some motivation before going to bed! Any words of encouragement would be awesome.

    Well do your feelings stem from what others may think or with your own thoughts?

    Either way, just focus on yourself. Use it as a time to think, reflect, and get energized for the day. Running and exercise always perks me up. Don't worry about others, they may be just as nervous.

    Also could be an opportunity to chat with someone nearby and possibly make a new friend.

    Why ya nervous? You've used a gym before right? Have fun! Pick your favorite music, go easy, or go hard if you feel like it! You'll have a great work out. And getting up at 5 am? Kudos!
