Happy I didn't 'bail'!

I'm about 3 months into going to the gym 5 days a week, alternating between spinning & body pump, and tracking my food. I REALLY didn't want to go to spinning today, and had just about talked myself out of it. Last minute, I went.

I came home, happy that I went, but dreading the dinner prep. I walked in to find my husband (who knew I was wavering today) grilling steaks, mushrooms & zucchini. Complete healthy dinner, with no kitchen clean up! Feeling great, and ready to take on the next 3 months (and the next!).

  • Good for you for sticking with it. It can be sooo hard for me to drag my butt to the gym sometimes but I'm always glad I did when I'm done. That's a fantastic husband to be so sweet and supportive. Obviously you are rocking it. :)
