New and Vegan:)

Hello Everyone! My name is Georgina. I am pretty new to this site and this is my first adventure into calorie counting. I have been vegan for about 18months and love it! I'm a recreational runner who loves running...but also loves food:) I'm hoping that this site will help me get a clear and accurate picture of what my caloric intake pattern actually is and find a way to use that to lose and maintain my weight. I tend to feel overwhelmed about counting calories everyday so I need to keep motivated to track it.
I would love to meet other vegans on this site and hear how their experiences have been with calorie tracking! But mostly, I wanted to say hello to everyone and that I'm looking forward to keeping up with my goals!!!

Hi Georgina! I am not a Vegan, but I am a Vegetarian, who every once in a while reverts to being a Pescatarian if my body asks me to! I would love to share nutritional and food ideas with you, it is a bit of a challenge sometimes being diverse and healthy, epsecially since I don't do Gluten either.

I like to say I'm "almost vegan." I live with 2 vegan roommates and I eat vegan about 85% of the time. I've done a lot of calorie counting over the years and have found that generally, being vegan really helps limit my caloric intake, unless I'm specifically eating some sort of baked goods or something. I'd be more then happy to swap recipes sometime.0
