Lost

Hi.

I'm new to this website. I just wanted to sign up to ask a few questions. HELPPPPPPPPP!!!
I don't even know how to use the website. there's no guide. :(
I'm 19 years old, 108 pounds, size 0, 5'3. Although I'm content with these facts there's one problem. I'm skinny fat. I google search "how to start clean eating", "good strength training for teens", but regardless of what I search I am simply bombarded with too much information and nothing that truly helps me. I'm losing patience. I really hope any of you can help!

I need a simple diet plan to stay in the range of 108-115lbs with muscle and minimal fat. I want to specifically target my core so I can get abs and my butt so I can have a nice uplifted booty! I'm looking for a simple way to continue my lifestyle with easy ways to save money, eat clean, workout hard but in a short time frame. Unfortunately, I'm really lazy, but i'm trying to fix that. I have improved thus far. I'm at a point in my life where I just want to be the best I can be. I have a family with a history of diabetes. I haven't been to the doctor in over a year, but at my last check up I was told that I was borderline diabetic. If you could help me with a simple diet plan I can be consistent with and a workout plan that I can handle as a beginner that would be terrific. I just need a solution that's easy and straight to the point. What to eat? When to work out? How long to workout for? How to save money? How to take meals on the go without having a near by fridge? How to get abs and an uplifted butt? How to be consisted? How to motivate myself more? How to be stress free? How to work with no tools? How to be the hottest 19 year old woman there is? Haha just kidding! Anyways thank you so much for your time! I hope there's someone with answers.

It sounds like you just need to maintain your weight and build some muscle.

A very simple 7 minute a day exercise plan can do that for you:

It's actually pretty tough, but it doesn't take long and you will absolutely see the difference. It's got pictures, it's simple, and it will work.

It sounds like you don't need to worry about your food right now. You're doing fine. Eating healthy is pretty simple. In general: the fewer ingredients it has, the better. One rule of thumb is: don't eat anything with more than 5 ingredients or that has ingredients you can't pronounce. I don't count spices.

This site is simple. Go to My Home. Go to My Goals and set your current weight and no change. It will tell you how many calories to eat every day. Log what you eat. It will tell you how many calories you have eaten. You want your calories remaining to be positive - in other words, eat fthe same or ewer calories (on average) than you need to maintain your current weight.

After you get used to that for a few weeks, you can tweak your goals. There are several posts for new people on the Getting Started thread.
