Lunch Smoothie Ideas

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for Lunch Smoothies, Breakfast and Lunch are currently my two biggest meals of the day and since I work 2pm-11pm during the week, I don't feel I need dinner if I can get my daily needs through breakfast and Lunch. At most I'll bring a small snack to work.

Anyone have any delicious smoothie ideas?

I'm allergic to Almond milk so that's completely out of the question for me.

    Can you have dairy? 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup of spinach and 1/2 cup raspberries makes a great smoothie!

    If lunch is one of your most important meals, I'd advise against a smoothie in favor of a balanced meal. Maybe make yourself a smoothie to take to work as a snack/dinner.
