Amazing Chile Verde

This was my big weakness as a vegetarian, the dish I craved but couldn't make until now.... I made this for my grandmother tonight (added a can of jalepenos rather than serrano chiles, five whole cloves of garlic, and 8 roasted tomatillos...because I had them in my freezer) and served it over 1/3 C refried beans and 1/4 C of brown rice....and she was so very happy (as was I).... SO GOOD.
