Ive never done a website like this before and thought I would try it out after my personal trainer told me about it. Im almost 22 and have always been the "fat" girl. I want to take my life back and show people I do care about myself and the way others look at me. Im nervous and scared about losing the weight because once I do I feel like I wont know how to act. Ive always had this bigger body and I got used to it. I see so many people on here who have lost so much weight and they inspire me. I would like altogether lose 100 pound in a little over a year. I want to look great by my 23rd birthday. I have set little goals inside my big goal and I hope by joining this site I can have more support and people who know what I am going through.
I will keep updating and letting people know how I am doing..
Thanks for taking the time to read this and if you have any words of advice please feel free to leave them

I am on day 35 and thing that works the most is that I refuse to be hard on myself if I have a cheat day. There have been a couple and as far as I am concerned, it was just another day and I wasn't hard on myself for eating more than I should. I like how counting calories is almost like a game and I have found it far easier than I ever thought...
You have your goal and people here are very supportive. I've talked more about losing weight over the past 35 days than I have over the past 5 years! Just remember to not be hard on yourself and focus on the positive aspects... even when you don't seem to be making progress0 -
i can relate. i've been the "fat girl" all my life, and i'm finally starting to gain myself back. I hate when people say the lines "she's pretty...but..." no butts! you are beautiful for who you are, and for knowingly doing this for yourself, you are a strong person. you are facing you demons and whipping them into shape.
good luck girl, and never give up. trust me, it's worth the fight.0 -
I just joined yesterday and I am already loving this site. I've been exercising for a year and a half but my weight keeps plateauing..so I did the to help with the food aspect of weight loss.
As for advice: First be confident in knowing that you have already taken the first step...loving yourself enough to be more healthy. 2nd Zumba class is totally awesome and burns a ton of calories...just dance like no ones lookingThird a little walk never hurt anyone.
Lot's of luck to you!0
