Anyone doing yoga regularly?
I took a few classes on vacation and I loved it. I really enjoyed the poses and movement and stretching.
I purchased a yoga (Total Yoga) DVD and plan to start today. (unfortunatelly no time to take classes at the moment, so hope I can stick to the DVD)
Any tips? Or please share your positive experiences with it?
if you do yoga regularly, do you also do other exercises, like strength training, cardio, etc?

I love yoga! I do mostly yoga for stretching and a low-key workout day if I'm tired. But, it depends on the routine. I love Rodney Yee's Yoga for beginners-great and modified poses-I'm not very flexible! I also do cardio and pilates in addition to yoga for my workout routine. There's cardio yoga and a probably more challenging yoga for more of a strength workout I know. It's a great workout if you do it for an hour.0
