Mince Beef Recipes?

So I've got a pack of mince beef I need to use. Any suggestions? I also have a slow cooker and am a big fan of slow cook meals :)
In the fridge is also onion, garlic, chilli, tomato pasata, and I have precooked lentils in the cupboard

    Spaghetti bolognese, lasagne, bobotie, cottage pie, meatballs, meatloaf.... Ooo so many things!!

    BBC good food is always a great recipe site so you could look there - their recipes seem to be really foolproof (that is to say - I haven't managed to mess one up yet!)
