20 Seated Oblique Twists with Medicine Ball or Hand Weight

MrsSS..(like the abrev used by someone else)...despite your awesome efforts , I have been busy (like everyone here I'm sure ) and have been failing miserably with the challanges....you are doing a great job....only wish it wasn't Christmas week cause you make an awesome leader and normally I would be all over the challanges...Thanks for all the effort though MrsSS......I am by the way staying steady at 169.....hope all is going well for everyone else...:flowerforyou:0

I'm still here!!!! Just finding it difficult to check in every day.
Not doing all the challenges but keeping up with cardio, weights, jumping jacks, sit-ups, push-ups and walking lunges! Also, doing well with the water.
Only 2 days to go!!!!! Whoooo hooooooo!!!!!!! Christmas task... Should be wrapping pressies but I am taking my daughter to the shops to buy a dress for Christmas Day and I have a bed to dismantle, ready to be returned ('cos it's very poor quality), leaving me without a bed!!!!!!!!0 -
I'm hee too. I admit that I have not done any of the challenges. Not because I don't appreciate them, but this close to Christmas, reguardless of how quick and easy they are, I just have a lot of things to take care of right now.
This is the first p.c. challenge I've been in since Oct (I think) and it's the first I've seen with challenges In previous challenges, we didn't have to post everyday (or close to it), we stated our beginnig weight and then if we wanted to, we posted throughout the two weeks, and then made our final post 2weeks later. Maybe that's why you don't have many people posting too.

Weighed in this morning and I now know why I don't weigh myself on a Monday. Up 2lbs! I'm aiming now to lose 6lbs and get me back into ONEderland, with a bit of leeway!
I've started doing a Leslie Sasone workout (which I found on youtube) and have done it everyday for 2 or 3 days, so I'm going to keep that up!

Weight: 201lbs (I've left ONEder land, Poo!)
Weight Goal: Lose 6lbs
Non-Weight Goal: Structured workout, at least 30 mins everyday!
Weighed in this morning, after breakfast (cos I was staying with my parental units), and amazingly I was 165lbs. So I've managed my 6lb loss!!!!

Good morning! I weighed in at 211 this morning, which means I've lost 0 lbs in the last two weeks. It also means I've gained 0 lbs! I know I could have worked harder, but you know what? It's Christmas time and I couldn't be happier that I at least maintained throughout the holiday.
Hope you all had a great Christmas! Congrats to the winner of this round, and another congrats to those who lost or maintained.. you did great for the holiday!0 -

I didnt do that great...stayed the same weight though! I was hoping maybe 1 or 2lbs but oh well! cant wait to see who wins!0

Well, I am in SHOCK....my body must have been recharged by all the extra eating over the last couple days because my weight is DOWN to 167...that is a loss of 3lbs in the 2 weeks...I can not believe it.....this really gets me excited to get right back in it...I have just one more "get together" to get thru then I am sooo excited to be tracking all my food and heading back to the gym....hope everyone else did good...congrats in advance to the winner and I look forward to the next challange!!!!0

So I started here at 274.6 --right before Christmas I was at 267.4 so 7.2 lbs lost. And what did I do? I gained it back over xmas--thanks to cookies and my TOM I am at 276.2.

Ending weight: 211.2 (UP 1.2 from my starting one... can't seem to budge from the 211.2, I think my first weigh-in was a temporary fluctuation!). Oh, well, better luck next time, right? Congrats to those of you who lost weight during the challenge!0
