I've recently started dedicating myself to working out and slimming down. Problem is, my feed is kind of dead and I really want to see other people succeed with me as a sort of motivation. I feel bit weird sending random adds everywhere so this post is to let everyone know that they are free to add me. Doesn't matter age, gender or how much weight you need to lose.
Also, I have a quick question if anyone can answer it for me: If losing weight is about calories in and calories out, does that mean I would need to burn 1300 calories daily to see quicker results??

  • Welcome! and to answer your question, no. 80% of where your results come is how much calories you take in. Most Females looking to lose weight eat anywhere from 1200-1600 calories. I would recommend finding a calculator that can help give you a rough guess and try that. Dont be extreme, it takes a long time but its worth it, good luck!
