New Rules of Lifting for Woman....Did anyone follow the meal plan? I mean how it says to eat at maintenance for the first 4 weeks and then go from there. I am not sure about that and am kind of intimated by it not going to lie. Any info. I searched the group, but there is soooo much in there I couldn't find anything on this.

I didn't follow the calories in the book at all. I ate a 10%cut from my TDEE. Worked well for me.0

I set mine to TDEE = 20% and every four weeks or so I'd ramp up to maintenance for a week0

Also great to know. I have an iifym coach and given my macros. I was just curious on what others did with this.0
