8 Weeks Out

I'm in between 8 weeks and 7 weeks out. My coach said I needed to start leaning out faster and now I'm super freaked out. Anybody have any advice on how I look? This is my first competition. I'm not expecting to place or anything, especially now. I guess I just need to hear someone tell me it's a possibility that I can still lean out in time...thanks guys.

    I don't know that anything is possible but it depends on you and what you want to do. So long as the coach in question give you a good diet to help you "lean out" then you'll probably make it. If coach doesn't, it's just words.

    I'm assuming you're going to a bodybuilding competition. I never went to them when I lifted but I know when I was working on my sculpting I ate more chicken, tuna, and broccoli than I ever knew I could. Not that I didn't eat anything else, but those were the staples. Now I think folks have other choices as well.
