I keep an eye on my calorie intake, and I make sure I eat healthily most of the time. However I find that I go over my fat and sugar goals a lot! This is generally due to fruits and healthy fats like olive oil. Should I just not worry about that? Thanks all.

Providing calories are still in check, going over sugars is not much of a concern. Going over fat isn't either IF it does not eat into your protein requirements. Do not go over on fat if it means coming under on protein.0
