    Thanks! It was dusk. Had to use the tripod, and remote.

    Portage Lake ... and Portage Glacier .. When I was a little girl the glacier reached much farther down and out into the lake..and there were huge pieces of glacial ice always in the lake.

    I was born and raised in Anchorage Alaska. I remember Portage Glacier being a lot bigger. I miss living in Alaska some times:)

    This is from tonight! If you haven't gone outside, do so! The moon is new and not in the way of seeing the beautiful stars! This is a 30 second exposure. The only fiddling afterwards was a slight brightening and noise reduction. :)
