I work in a hot environment and am literally dripping sweat at work for 7 hrs, what does this do to my Calorie burn?... (note i drink 1.5ish of water every day at work)

Not too much. Sweating does not have a direct relationship to calories burned. Sweat is just your body turning on the AC. While I am sure there is some marginal metabolic cost to the process of sweating, I suspect it's within just a few percentage points of what you burn normally.
I know this is somewhat contrary to what were all all told growing up so sorry.0
