Body Fat Scales - Dexa vs. Tanita

Hello, I know there are a lot of variations in body fat scales, but I wasn't sure which was the most "accurate." I had a Dexa scan in April which showed I had 33% body fat. Earlier this month, I had a Tanita body composition scan which showed I have 22% body fat. My body has not changed significantly in the 4 months that have passed. Are these scales that inconsistent? Which should I use as a "benchmark" when I use calorie calculators online?
For future comparisons, I am able to get another Tanita scan but no longer have access to the Dexa scan.
Thanks for any input!

If by 'Tanita scan' you mean the Tanita scales or the handheld thingy, they're very inaccurate.

Look at the image to see which estimate seems closer for you. 22% is a nice level for a woman.0 -
Dexa is one of the best and most accurate ways to measure body fat.0
