Because I'm not done, eight more lbs I want before I go to maintenance. I feel like this should go on a Bragg topic. So I am super excited. Shopping at Macys today for a suit for interview next week... The sales clerk was helping me in the petite section', I'm pretty short. My first pair of slacks were a 4, second a 2, and finally found a fit with a 0. I really don't know how I am able to get in that size, I just don't see that much of a difference myself, but scale says I've lost 24 lbs, which makes me super happy, I've worked pretty hard. My tape measure is showing about maybe a three inch loss all together. , don't get it the lbs have to be coming from somewhere.
What really made my day, week and maybe even month was that the sales person while looking for the right size, told me "well your just so tiny". Thought I was gonna fall over.
Smile been on my face all afternoon and evening. I had not expected to hear something like that in this part of my journey. Although family have been referring to me as skinny lately, I just felt like they were being nice to give me encouragement.
I am so thankful for the wonderful people here who have advised and supported me these last months. Now watch I probably will hit a Plato again and not be able to loose these last lbs for many months. Still trying to get myself going on the lifting, as stomach looks like extra skin.
