I want a toned stomach!

Hello all,
I have neglected my body over the years and have recently gotten back on track. I started working out regularly last year doing mostly cardio. I have lost weight but my body isn't as toned as I would like. I started going to body pump at my gym as well as adding at least 2 days a week where I lift weights/strength train. I have also cut out all starchy foods from my diet. Any suggestions on getting a flatter and more toned stomach? I'll take any suggestions in regards to diet and exercise.
