New and looking to get involved and stay motivated

been on the site for almost a week and I really like it. I never thought keeping track of my diet was something I would do or would help me but I was wrong.

Just starting out, I'm basically coming from 0 exercise and looking for tips and help.

I've discovered the "Couch To 5K" and am very interested in it. Trying to figure out the best way to implement it on my treadmill. Tried to use iFit to create workouts based on the guidelines but...meh. iFit is seriously a waste of time.

Anyway. I guess thats my intro.

    Push yourself a little harder each week with the exercise and hit your calorie goal every day. If you fall, get right back up. Good luck on your journey and add me if you are looking for friends!
