Weighing Food - What Scale Brand?

So clearly from my other question I see I need to be weighing my food, at least for a while as I reset my ideas of what a "portion" is. My question for those who do this: what brand of scale do you use/ like? And for meats, do you weigh them cooked or raw? Thanks!

Any scale that weighs in grams is fine. I got mine for around 15 bucks at walmart. Weigh meats raw unless the nutritional information you are using states otherwise. Also when you log it MFP log it as raw as well. Don't weigh it raw then log it as boiled or baked...0
