exercise for toning under your upper arms, now that I have lost quite a bit of weight in my upper arms they are in need of toning. Thanks
p.s. I have 5 lbs weights I have just never really needed to exercise that part of my arms so don't know what to do with them, I know duh.....lol....

i presume you mean triceps.
this is an area where fat can accumulate on women, causing the dreaded bingo wings. Diet is going to be the biggest help to reduce these flabby areas.
If you think your bodyfat is low enough then some specific exercises could help.
As you have some dumbells you could try tricep kickbacks, as demonstrated here:http://youtu.be/ZO81bExngMI
Good old pressups as well work the triceps. Try them with feet elevated for a harder workout.

Triangle push ups, Tricep kick backs, skull crushers, french press, Dips, dips dips dips... work those triceps to the max but balance with bicep as well.0
