Day 1 of a new start!

HI I'm Karen, I've been on MFP for a while now but every now and again I have a relapse, so I feel like I'm exactly where I was when I started with all that effort a year ago! I want to get down to 140lbs initially and see where I go from there.
So I've decided........this is day 1!! No more moaning cos I can't get into my clothes, no more "I'm too busy/tired/lazy to exercise" lol.
I'm sure it won't be as easy as JUST DECIDING so if you'd like to add me as a friend to share the journey, feel free :happy:

Hi Karen,
We all have moments like that, I have just started again and have now been doing it for five days. In in that short time I can tell I have lost weight.
This time I am going to stick at it and even when I have reached my goal I will still carry on, as it will help me enable to keep the weight off, and also to support the freind swho have been supporting me, on my journey. Stick at it and on here you will get the support, advice and tips to keep you going.
I luck I have good family to support me and freinds too.
