Workout Motivation

Right so I'm a mobile carer and I'm out of the house from 6am til 9pm and usually dont have chance to go home or anything, I really want to try and fit a workout in most days but struggle due to work. When I do get the day off I just have no will power to do the workout I set... Any ideas of how to squeeze in a quick workout during my working day and how to get motivated?

Also just need some quick healthy meal ideas for during the days too
