I'm googling my butt off and not really finding anything of value to me here for steamed shrimp & veg. Best I can find is steamed chicken and veg. I'm a lil OCD w numbers here so I try to be as accurate as possible. If the dish matches, I use chains like PF Chang's, to calculate something like say Shrimp Lo Mein (yeah yeah I know, not the "healthy choice" which is why I'm cutting it w the steamed entree).

I found an entry on livestrong but it's crap. 100 cals and no sodium? No fiber?? Ehhhhh I don't think so. Even just plain naked shrimps have some sodium and I know veg's have fiber!

Any info or input or help? Thank you!!

What is the sauce on that? I know that shrimp and broccoli (with rice) winds up being about 500 calories for a serving. It's probably about 200 otherwise. I am pretty sure that unless it has a different sauce than the brown sauce used on that it'd be really similar regardless of the veggies involved.

Well it's steamed, so therefore there is no sauce.....that's why I got it. Steam = no sauce, no oil, lower sodium (i assume). It's not the tastiest thing, in fact I hated it when I got it once, but since I'm adding it to my kinda-bad lo mein......lol balancing out the evil I guess ;)
