    Amazing thing is...I did it. The other amazing thing is, my 'Before' pic was 7 years ago. I was a mess inside and out.

    My encouragement is this. We can't control what life throws at us. We can only process and respond. Regardless of what was going on, the one and only thing I had 100% control over was what I put into my mouth. Some successful days, some not so good days. BUT...those days add up. Looks like I had more successful days and hit goal.

    Truly, if I can do this...ANYONE can. Give yourself permission to succeed and forgive yourself when you slip...just get right back up and love yourself enough to keep on the journey. Your future self will thank you for it.
