Body measurements

About to start (another…) fitness push, and have decided to actually start measuring myself so I have more quantifiable results than just weight and HR (satisfies my inner geek).
I've ordered some half decent callipers for Body Fat % readings, and have a tape for the rest. The problem I'm coming across is starting right with the measurements.
Two resources I've found have slightly different approaches on where to measure. I'd like to start off right, so can any pros or people that have previously researched this give me some pointers?
The resources I've looked at so far are:
http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_articles.asp?id=1281
and
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrAOfV91NHA
They differ quite a bit, on both waist and chest/bust….

It doesn't matter which method you choose as long as you consistent with it.0
