Need some help on my macro settings for lean muscle

All,
I just started to seriously try getting fit about a month ago. I am not super overweight, but my body fat is not where i want it to be and i've got the belly fat. What I'm trying to do is tone up and then eventually add a little mass. I just finished week 3 of T25 Gamma and I skipped alpha/beta. I am not doing any heavy lifting right now because it is hard to fit into my schedule, but I hope ot get some home equipment to add some of that. Ok that is my background.
Here are my current stats:
5' 3.5" (short guy lol)
128.5 lbs
Set myfitness to .5 loss per week for my calorie intake. I am also putting in estimated numbres on calorie burn for T25 but i don't have a HRM

I personally dont know about macros , that you may need for lean muscle, I'm wondering if you should post in fitness and exercise to get answers. Good luck0

What do you have your macros set for now? 40c/40p/20f? I'm guessing based on the numbers in your diary. Your protein numbers look more than adequate to retain lean muscle at your size.

I was using the default but just this morning I changed them to 40//40/20. I haven't read the thread yet let me check it out0
