Need some help on my macro settings for lean muscle

All,
I just started to seriously try getting fit about a month ago. I am not super overweight, but my body fat is not where i want it to be and i've got the belly fat. What I'm trying to do is tone up and then eventually add a little mass. I just finished week 3 of T25 Gamma and I skipped alpha/beta. I am not doing any heavy lifting right now because it is hard to fit into my schedule, but I hope ot get some home equipment to add some of that. Ok that is my background.

Here are my current stats:
5' 3.5" (short guy lol)
128.5 lbs

Set myfitness to .5 loss per week for my calorie intake. I am also putting in estimated numbres on calorie burn for T25 but i don't have a HRM
