Would T25 or running be a better starting point

I'm a fifty year old male, sitting at a computer for a work at home job. I have a trick knee, and have started running some, but I've heard about T25 and wonder if it would be better for me, or maybe cycling. Does someone out there have some good advice for me. Thanks!

Have you heard of the c2k5? I don't know about your knee? maybe just try running a little, then walking.0

I am a 26 year old woman and consider myself fairly athletic and I find T25 to be difficult and still very challenging at week 3. I have lost 8 lbs total and burn anywhere from 400-700 calories a session depending on effort and which workout I am doing. I have found that it is a little difficult on my knees, however not to the point I want to quit. I guess my best advice would be to truly evaluate your fitness level and your goals. T25 is not low impact but can always be modified to fit your needs. Before spending the money you may want to search for an online workout that is similar to T25 or HIT to give you an idea or your body's response.0

T25 can be challenging for people who are just starting to be active, but the videos provide modifications and encourage you to work at your own pace. I'd recommend trying it out to see where you're at, and if its too much then you can always work your way to it! Good luck0

Hmm, both running and T25 can be hard on the knees. But if you modify with T25 then you should be fine. So long as you know your limits, whatever you decide to do, and don't push yourself too hard.0
