Guilt free Chocolate Pudding Recipe

This recipe is so easy, but it actually tastes like the "real thing".

1 package Jello Sugar-free Fat-free COOK 'N SERVE Chocolate pudding mix
2 cups UNSWEETENED Vanilla Almond Breeze almond milk (40 calories per cup)

Cook according to the directions and enjoy! This yields 4 half cup servings at only 50 calories each. You can substitute chocolate almond breeze, but it will be a softer set.

This actually tastes like regular chocolate pudding, no funny taste like the instant sometimes has. The whole recipe is only 200 calories! So if you are a chocolate lover, this is a great way to get a fix without a lot of calories.

It can't be instant or it won't taste as good, and you must use the unsweetened version of almond breeze or it may not set correctly. I have also added a scoop of chocolate protein at cool-down, but it thins significantly.
