So I know that I am getting stronger and I am going to kill it at a marathon when I get there (well at least I am going to cross the finish line at least) I guess this is mainly to vent. I workout a lot sometimes I weight train in the morning then go running in the evening and I track (almost everything). I guess the almost is my problem the most. I read on antidepressants it is harder to lose weight because your brain is getting hungrier when your stomach doesn't need it. Today I am going to go to get new batteries for my food scale and maybe get another scale so I can weigh my food again. I am also going to have a sober september because I know all the alcohol calories do not help the training or trying to lose weight.

I know this is a specific issue but if anyone has any advice on the specifics of these things that would be awesome. Thanks for listening.
