Anyone use a Power Plate as part of their fitness routine?

Just wondering who else uses a Power Plate and what kind of results you have had?

I try and do 30 mins on elliptical then another 20 - 30 mins on the Power Plate. At least 3 times a week.
Most of the exercises I do are dynamic, i.e. squats, lunges, step ups etc, and where possible I incorporate light dumbbells too. I am always sweating and find it hard work (even without the elliptical first)

When I used the Power Plate a couple of years ago I saw a dramatic change in my body shape and cellulite, but I was also doing spin classes then.

Would be interested to hear some feedback from others..
