Follow Turbo Fire schedule or mix with other workouts?

So I just started turbo fire yesterday and I love it. I'm trying to decide if I should follow the strict workout schedule or mix it up with turbo jam. I love turbo jam but it's saying if you follow the schedule exactly you could lose a lot of weight faster. I wanted to ask if you've done turbo fire, did you follow the schedule exactly and see amazing results or did you mix it up with other workouts like insanity, P90X, body beast (some other workouts I've heard of)?
