Diet saving foods

Do you have any foods that have "saved your diet"? like "thank god, for this food or id have chewed off my arm by now" kinda treats?

for me its been fruit(usually strawberries) with cool whip lite(35 cals per 3 tablespoons) with a serving of cupcake flavoured goldfish graham crackers.

And taco salad made with ground chicken breast, low sodium taco seasoning, low fat cheese, low fat sour cream, salsa, onion, tomato, lettuce, and a few tortilla chips for crunch. by far the most satisfying meal ive had for 400calories in months(load up on those veggies!)

I get that craving for greasy food. I oven roast a potato with a little oil (and garlic and chili powder) cut into fries or squares, then cover it with 1/3 - 1/2 cup black beans and cheddar cheese. A little guacamole or low-fat sour cream on top is also good. Kind of a chili-cheese fry thing, but it is relatively healthy and kills the craving.

chocolate coconut bark... basically, take dark chocolate or cocoa powder and melt it with equal parts coconut oil, liquid stevia, a little bit of flavored extract, and freeze in silicone molds.

coffee with heavy cream. i'd go insane if i had to give that up, especially on weekends.

steak. ribeye, with a good char, and a little dabble of white truffle oil on top.

even being able to have a double-double animal style, protein style at in-n-out once in a while.

i have to admit, most of the foods on my "allowable" list are ones i'd have a very hard time giving up, while i can easily eliminate things like bread, pasta, and sugary foods.
