Workout games for PS3

Soo.. I am not a gamer by any means, but my husband and son play it quite a bit. Anyways.. being a stay at home mom and a college student I am at home ALOT... And if last week and this week count for anything we are going to be having a bad winter. Me and my kiddos were snowed in for the most part last week and appears that it is going to be a repeat again this week.. BUT what I wanted to know is if anyone had any suggestions on a workout game for PS3. Not getting out much because of my kids and the snow the treadmill is getting old and I am at the moment trying to decide between Zumba and Active 2.. but not playing either or knowing much about them I thought I would ask for your info! ANY INFO is appreciated~ Thanks!
