I'm a sophomore in college and I have skinny-fat syndrome!
I hate how squishy my stomach is compared to the rest of my body. This summer I really wanted to lose 10 pounds and get a six pack. But I'm also stuck sitting in a cubicle all day and I love donuts lol.
When I get the chance I'll do some sit-ups.
Are there any exercises for working your abs while sitting down?
