hey everyone,
I'm always struggling to work out my activity level on here so wondered if anyone could tell me what i am??
I'm presuming that since you add in your exercises separately your activity level goes off what you do in a normal day...
so..... i work full time mon-fri 7-3.30 with an hour break (which i always sit down for), I'm a visual merchandiser so my job usually involves walking around for most of the day and some time going up and down ladders, moving mannequins and lifting stuff....this can vary from day to day as some days can be none stop running around and heavy lifting and others can be more laid back.
at home i'm pretty lazy...... legs are usually tired from work and the gym! weekends are usually the same...a lot of time sat around in various places!
i also go to the gym 3-4 times a week doing 30mins of cardio (intervals) and 30 mins of weight lifting each time. and i usually walk home from the gym which takes 20mins
i can't decide between lightly active or moderately! any help would be appreciated!
thanks in advance!

I would say lightly active, just to be on the safe side. Once you start logging foods and exercise you might find that your daily net calories are too low. If that happens change to moderately active. Depending on your current weight MFP might put you at 1200 cals for either option as it never goes below that. Good luck with your logging.0

I think you sound like a perfect example of lightly active in your job/life, but be sure to add in exercise when you go to the gym.0
