Increase Vertical Jump for Volleyball

So i've been doing a decent amount of reading online but want to see what everyone else thinks here. I want to start working on my vertical jump height for volleyball and wasn't sure exactly what to do / how to fit it into my leg routine. Would I be doing higher weights with lower reps for power or go the body building route and increase weights with higher reps as I go along when I do squats.
Not sure what leg workouts would really help me with this.

overall leg strength, plyometrics, and cleans would be how I'd do it. Besides just playing volleyball.
Tanning booth might help you as well brah.0 -
i did hear that tanning increases overall vertical jump height. I completely forgot to get that done. Maybe the lotion will do the same, but it won't be like the radioactivity charging my muscles will it0
