I've been doing quite a bit of cardio at home, but I think it's time to start incorporating some strength training. I dont want to commit to a gym membership just yet, so I'm hoping to find a routine I can do at home with minimal equipment. I do have adjustable dumbbells and a barbell at home, as well as some resistance bands.
Can anyone suggest a simple routine for a newbie? My goal is to build some muscle, but I'm not trying to gain extreme amounts. I'm female.
Thanks!

New Rules of Lifting for Women is a book that provides a good program. I like it because there are clear descriptions and pictures of each exercise.0
