I work 8pm to 8am,if I took some fat burners at 6am and worked out from 8 till 9 would I be able to sleep at 10am or would I be to amped off the supplements?

Are they that bad?
In most cases you are artificially raising your body temperature and throwing down your gob an extraordinary amount of stimulants. Unless you are coming close to get on stage then they are completely unnecessary!0
