Hi, I'm new here as of this morning!!!

I found this website via someone's posting on the internet. It is awesome! Much better than trying to
make my own spreadsheets as to what I eat and when I exercise. I tend to ignore it after a few
days and try to do it on my own.

I am going on a cruise on April 9th, 2011, so I will use that date as my goal. I don't have
much to lose, as it comes off quickly if I am a "good girl" and keep up with watching what I
eat and am consistent with my exercise.

I do those things anyway, but with a big family, I tend to "pick" on some foods I probably
shouldn't.

This is a great website and will help me reach my goal!!
