Strength-train and Abdominal Workouts

Hi. I am starting this thread because I need motivation to continue strength train and doing abdominal workouts on a regular basis. This challenge includes:

strength training exercises for 20 minutes
abdominal workouts for 10 minutes
You can use whatever methods you want
5 days a week.

I have kept in mind the busy lifestyles that many of have, and concluded that these numbers were not too extreme. You can complete more minutes, but these are the minimum. Is this fair?
