You're dealing with anxiety and panic problems has won today's problems people have is it cost him to have a lot of worry K worry is focusing on what you don’t want and worry uses different neural pathways so if you thinking worry all the time strengthening those neural pathways now the gratitude list exercise is something designed to put some balance back in your life by consciously exercising these other pathways the lines based on things that are right things that are good things .
