So i was thinking about doing some weight lifting today but i got a slight cold. Its no pain in the throat or anything like that. Just got a snotty noise and sore throat when i wake up.
Is it allright to workout?

Entirely up to you... if you're feeling weak, I'd recommend against it... but I've worked out when sick on numerous occasions. I don't push myself as hard as normal, and sometimes it makes me feel much better... clears up the stuffy nose and loosens chest congestion. Take it slow, see how it goes.0

I used to, but then learnt that taking a couple of days off or even just going for a gentle walk, so long as nothing is hurting/burning, lead to a much quicker recovery.0
