I was doing good on my calorie cutting and I was actually seeing more inches falling, and the scale was moving real slow. I started at 163 in March 2014 and now in August 2014 I'm 149 - 150pounds. 13 pounds in 5 months. However, I haven't been active as much and If I was working out and doing cardio consistently... which I am going to start next month... It's just that my schedule at work is like 12 hour shifts and I can't work.
Anyhow... Since Tuesday, I've been binging. I usually give my self one cheat day per month... but this time it continued. I'm going through a lot of stress too so I lost control. The scale still says 150.... however, my stomach has gotten bigger, and my shoulder fat is now flabby. I'm small framed and my waist is tiny... but now as I feel around it, it's swollen and I have gained back inches. Even the bra fat is back bulging again.
Today, I walked, ran and jogged for an hour. And, it's back to my cutting. I just want to know does this put an hinder on my goal.
I want to be 135 by December and as soon as next month... I'm doing weight training. I feel so bad, and I just think like "WOW, I CAME THIS FAR to ruin it. "

You're probably bloated from eating bad food. It happens to me if I cheat and have foods that are really high in sodium. Get back to the basics and start eating clean and exercising again and you'll see yourself return to normal.0
