Whats your weekly goal?

I have been setting weekly goals for myself for a few weeks now, but have lacked the dedication to commit to them. I think part of the reason I don't follow through is because I never say them outloud or write them down, so I have nothing to hold me accountable. My goals are never about how much weight I want to loose or the calories I want to eat in a day, they are usually things that I SHOULD do everyday. Every Sunday I am going to post my goal for the week, and every Saturday I am going to post how well I did to my profile. Now I'm just wondering, does anyone else set weekly goals? and if so, what are they?
Here are a few of mine (I focus on one thing/week):
-Work out 6 days of the week
-Try 2 new workouts
-Eat 4 Servings of vegetables everyday

It is fundamental to have small achievable goals that will lead you to lose the weight. This weakly goals become habits in the journey to a healthier and happier life. Every time I set and follow them I lose weight.
My goals for the next four weeks are:
- Not to eat anything processed. All the food I will have will be prepared by me from natural wholesome ingredients.
- I will drink at least 32 oz of pure water, and
- I also will walk 3 miles every day, which helps with the stress.
I did that from January to April and lost 14 pounds. After the summer vacations I am starting again.0 -

ooooh no, I have to play against my resistance - so when I want to try to do somethin often i.e eating breakfast (never use to),
I would tell myself 'I will eat breakfast ONCE this week.' then the next day "I will eat breakfast ONCE this week.' and so on because everyday is a new day lol, and when I had done that for a month - then I acknowledge it as part of my daily routine. I have learnt that I don't like the word habit lol. I do have a mantra when I'm exercising, and when I don't feel like eating breakfast.... I AM eating myself slim and healthy. I am slim and healthy etc0 -
I never drink enough water, so that is a great goal for me, as well. Thank you guys for your input, and good luck!!0
