Android app to track workouts (lifting)

Any recommendations for an android app to track weight training?

In addition to simply tracking sets, reps and weight, it should allow for entering custom exercises, and for creating routines and planning future workouts.

I wouldn't complain about statistics on how my strength improves or some gamification features but that's not a must.

I currently use Fitocracy, of which I like the idea, but it doesn't let me plan future workouts and the app also lacks the quests (which I don't need but think are fun so since they should be there, it's annoying that they're not...). So I'm looking for something else.

    I use FitNotes. There's no game feature but you can plan future workouts and add exercises.

    Thanks! I downloaded it and am trying both FitNotes and another one called Progression now. Both do most of what I want so I'll give them a few workouts to decide.
