I'm 5'4", female, 45 years old
starting weight 174ish (38% body fat)
current weight 162 (31.5% body fat)
initial goal weight 145 (25% body fat)
I'm in week 5 of the Couch to 5k programme and am in week 4 of Jillian Michaels's Body Revolution and have been active on MFP for just under 2 months now. I really enjoy the friends I have on MPF and am seeking out a few others who also are committed to getting into great shape and enjoying the process along the way.0 -

I am a female aged 41, 5'5", CW 133 and my ultimate GW is 126. My highest weight at the start was around 170. I am finding the last few pounds quite tricky but am happy to have come this far. I have mainly done it through zumba! :-)0 -
