so im not exactly new to fitness pal. I joined maybe a year ago but i always found it hard to actually sit down and record my daily calories. That doesnt mean i havent had succes though, i am down 48 pounds since i joined and 68 pounds since i decided i needed to change my lifestyle. I quickly realized how much i really love to excercise, its the "getting enough calories" part i have problems with. I have recently stopped losing like i was and i know this is pretty normal the more weight you lose. So i guess thats the main reason i decided to come back, and it would be nice to talk with some people that are trying to achieve what i am.
